【How to Use Palo Santo】

Lighting Palo Santo

1. Use a lighter or match to light one end of the Palo Santo.
2. Let the flame burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then gently blow out the flame.
3. After blowing out the flame, the Palo Santo will begin to smoke.
4. Place the smoking wood in a fireproof container, allowing the smoke to fill the air.

☁️Purifying Spaces
Hold the lit Palo Santo and walk around the room.
Let the smoke spread to purify the space.

☁️Purify Objects
Hold the object needing purification, such as crystals or other personal items, above the smoke.

☁️Meditation or Relaxation
Light Palo Santo before meditation or yoga practice, allowing the smoke to fill the room and create a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
Inhale. Take a few deep breaths to help relax, enhance focus, and improve mood.

☁️Personal Energy Cleansing
Hold the lit Palo Santo and move it around your body, particularly from head to toe, letting the smoke surround you to dispel negative energy.

【如何使用圣木】
