Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Natural crystal characteristics
Each crystal is unique. Natural inclusions, colour variations, surface textures and internal lines are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please contact us before returning any item. Approved returns must include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
