Our overseas lives are always exciting and fast-paced. Comments move fast and energy runs high!
To make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience, here’s a little guide to help you get ready:

During the Live

1. Because of time delay or internet lag, please type full sentences when chatting. It helps the hosts understand your requirements better.
2. We’re unable to reply to DMs or send photos/videos while overseas. If you’d like to recheck a crystal you bought, please ask directly in the live room (only for same-day items as orders are sent for packing the next morning).
3. If you’d like to know about crystal meanings, energy, or combinations, ask the host during live. Our backend team handles orders and payments only, so they may not have details on overseas pieces.

Ordering

1. Each crystal will be personally selected by the host based on your energy and the crystal’s quality. Once chosen, it can’t be exchanged.
2. Please follow the host’s cue and comment “+1” only after hearing/seeing START.
3. !!! IG may hide comments occasionally. If our hosts don’t reply, your message may not have appeared. Try commenting again with an emoji ❤️
4. !!! Due to network differences, comment order may vary between devices. For fairness, we follow the order shown on one designated backend device.
5. If you’d like to release or swap an item, please let the host know during the same session. We’re unable to reply to IG DMs while overseas due to connection limits.

Payment

1. You’ll receive a payment link through IG DM once your order is confirmed.
2. Please make payment on the same-day. You can either pay after each session, or combine all same-day links into one checkout for convenience.
3. You may receive payment links during the session, but it’s best to pay only after the session ends, or when you’re done adding items. This avoids duplicate or incomplete payments.
4. !!! Please complete payment by 11 am the next day. Unpaid orders will be automatically released (we’re unable to bring items back to Malaysia).
5. Please register on christalcrystals.my before the live. If you’ve forgotten your password, let us know early so we can assist.
6. When checking out, tap “Open in external browser” and use Chrome or Safari for smoother payment.

7. Supported methods: FPX, Credit Card, TnG, Atome, Grab PayLater, Boost, SPay Later.
8. Postage:
   1. WM RM7, free postage above RM100.
   2. EM RM15. free postage above RM200.
   3. SG RM30
   4. – Shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout page.

Shipping & Pickup

1. Every order comes in a Christal Crystals packaging box, with a small pouch of cleansing stones (1–4 crystals per box).
2. Please fill in your wrist size or any special requests under “Special Requirement.” If your note is long, you may also DM us.
    • We’ll adjust your bracelet size before shipping and include any extra beads.
    • Three-laps crystals are fixed and not adjustable.
3. !!! There will be two overseas live events, and orders will be shipped in two separate batches, within 3 weeks after each event. We won’t be able to take rush orders. Thank you for your patience.
4. Once your items arrive in Malaysia, our assistants will process them in order received. 
5. For self-pickup, we’ll contact you once your parcel is ready. If you prefer Grab or Lalamove, please arrange your own driver after confirming pickup time with our team.

Lucky Draw

Each session includes a fun Lucky Draw! Every crystal you purchase gives you one entry.

• The more you buy, the higher your chances.
• Prizes will be shipped together with your order.
• If you cancel part of your order, your prize entry will also be released to keep things fair.

The More You Shop, The More You Receive

Live 1 · Nov 28–30

• Spend a total of RM988 across all 3 days to receive the Dusk Guidance Card Deck + a RM50 promo code for the second live.

Live 2 · Dec 5–7

• Purchase 6 items with a total of RM900 across all 3 days to receive the Dawn Guidance Card Deck.

1. All gifts will be shipped together with your order.
2. Payment must be completed within the time specified during the live.
